Example 1: Icona Srl needs to connect 4 technicians from 10 different workstations, to provide remote support to more than 100 customers. Which offer best suits their needs? By purchasing 4 Basic Concurrent licences, Icona Srl can enable an infinite number of PCs from which to provide remote control sessions and each operator can access an infinite number of remote machines, up to a maximum of 10 at the same time. If Icona Srl also needs to track the time that its technicians spend providing remote support sessions and managing contracts in order to charge for the customer support sessions provided, they must purchase the Plus Concurrent version.

Example 2: Icona Srl has 2 technicians that connect to a fixed PC in an office and a laptop every day to provide remote support to more than 100 customers. Which offer best suits their needs? By purchasing 2 Node Locked licences, Icona Srl can enable up to a maximum of 3 fixed PCs, for each licence, from which to provide remote control sessions (total 6 workstations, 3 each) and each operator can access an infinite number of remote machines, up to a maximum of 10 at the same time.
